Graduation Time of Year

Hello Everyone!
Darlene with you today sharing cards for an upcoming graduation!
Yep, it's that time of year again and using die cuts on your cards can make the
process quick, easy & personal.

Are you seeing double??  Yep ... we have twin boys that live behind us
who are graduating this weekend so not only did I make ONE special card ... but TWO!
Of course, since they are identical twins ... their cards had to reflect the same!

The products used on today's cards are:

but you could also use
Spellbinders Nestabilities Classic Ovals
Darice 'Graduation' Embossing Folder

The school colors for these young men are Green & Gold so
I wanted to be sure to include that on their cards.  I did so by using metallic green
cardstock for the background matting and an embossed graduation caps panel which I've
sponged with gold Brillance ink.

The embossed panel looked great just run through on a white card stock panel ...

but by sponging on the gold Brillance, it really gave it a richer appearance.

I hope you'll take the time and pop over to our Dies R Us store!
