Hello and welcome! It's Angie here today with some inspiration for you using Poppystamps Blooming Dotted Border Die on Yupo paper that was colored with alcohol inks.
First, I cut a Tutti Designs Cross Stitched Rectangle Dies from a piece of blue watercolored paper from Lawn Fawn Watercolor Wishes Paper Pad . After coloring the Yupo paper with alcohol inks, I cut 2 of the Poppystamps Blooming Dotted Border Die and glued (with a Zig Two Way Glue Pen) one across the left side and one across the top of the rectangle.
Then I took one thin strip left over and added it to the bottom of the rectangle. I adhered the watercolor rectangle to a piece of woodgrain paper from the Simple Stories "Vintage Bliss" paper pad. I cut off the excess and use those pieces to add in random spots all over the card.

Then I took the Poppystamps Brush Hello Die and cut it from a left over piece of the inked Yupo paper. To finish my card I added silver glitter Nuvo drops to the center of each flower!
