Snow Much Fun

Hi Dies R Us fans,

It's Sandy Diller here today with a snowman fashion show.  I'm using the Stylish Snowman Die from Elizabeth Craft Designs and it comes with all the fun snowman accessories that you need to make a variety of cards using the same die set.

This snowman is good size so I suggest a finished card size of 5"X 7".

Cut card base 10" X 7" and crease in the center.
Cut one panel (shown in white) 4.75" X 6.75"
Cut one more panel (shown in blue) 4.50" X 6.50"
Using the Adventure Edges cut 2 snowbanks that are 4.5" wide and approximately 2.50" tall.

Before adding first snowbank, an option would be to edge the tops with blue.  Broken China was used here but any blue will work.
Layer the blue panel on the white panel and add first snowbank.

Add second snowbank leaving some unglued space near the top so the snowman can be slipped in.

Using the Stylish Snowman die, cut all parts.  For this one I used the top hat and coal for the buttons.

For the face, place pieces on the small round head as shown above.  Run through die cutting machine making the holes for the face.  Back with black paper to make it look like coal.

Assemble snowman.  Once again I edged all the white parts with blue.  A hat band was added by gluing 2 rows of twine on the hat.

Add snowman and glue in place.

Using the Let it Snow die - cut one from the same paper as card base and glue in place.
Using the snowflakes from the Entwined Circles, cut snowflakes and glue in place.

Go build a snowman,
S@ndy
