Christmas is over and now is the time to create your beautiful layouts using those precious Christmas photos.
I picked a photo from where my grandson hung the ornaments on our tree. This made me smile every time I walked past the tree.
I started with a cream sheet of cardstock and stamped tree and branch images then I used a stencil and molding paste to add the bricks. Finally used a green mist over the entire piece of cardstock
While the cardstock was drying I cut out the ornaments and the Merry Christmas words and then the edging under the photo. I then cut all the flowers out using both the big and small dies and used ink to add color to the flowers. I also used a tag and trees that I had in my stash. The trees had been cut out from a pop can and then inked. I cut out the ornaments out in the upper right hand of the page.
These are the dies that I used:
Poinsettia -small by Impression
Poinsettia-large by Impression
Once every thing was cut and the cardstock was dry I started adding all the layers. My final step was to do the journaling.
