Hi Friends! Kristina here today with a scene card showcasing some Lawn Fawn stamps and dies, with help from scene building border dies from Elizabeth Craft. I love the versitility of the Adventure Edge dies, you can make beaches, grass, mountains, waves, clouds, and any mix and match combination you can think of! I went with a beach scene.
The Process
- I started with an a2 sized card front in a light blue sky color, and built the scene from the "ground up" cutting the beach, waves, and clouds and piecing them all together.
- Next I stamped, colored, and die cut several of the images from the Lawn Fawn Mermaid for You stamp set, and arranged them around the background to create my scene.
- Once I had the placement down, I stamped my sentiment in the open space.
- I thought it needed a little something more so I added a die cut frame around the whole scene.
- To finish, I added some clear nuvo drops and of course, some shimmer pen accents around the card.
