It's all about buttons and blueberries

Colleen from Scrappin Granny here sharing with you a recipe page.  I am creating 6 recipe books for my grandchildren and one for me.

I started by using Marcella by K&Company for the background and then layered it with another piece from the same collection.

Another piece of paper from my scrap pile was used on top.

I used the Buttons 1 die by Cheery Lynn and once the buttons were cut I used clear VersaMark ink and clear embossing powder to make them a little shinny.

I also used the Spring Flower Burst Doily by Cheery Lynn and white piece of white cardstock.  This doily I used as the background for the flowers.  The flowers I made and then used ink on the petals and used some of the buttons for the centers for the flowers.  To finish off the buttons I used liquid pearls in each one of the holes or I used twine for the rest of the buttons on the flowers.

To finish off the page, I used a scrap piece of yellow cardstock and cut them with deco shears as well as tag.
