Vickie Y sharing a creative way to upcycle a gift box!
I first covered the gift box lid using a scrap of wrapping paper
Then, die cut all the elements to make the box special (dies listed below)
Now the fun begins! Scrunch up the three die cut doilies
Unfold the scrunched doilies carefully and set aside
Starting with the small end of the die cut posie begin rolling it (I used a quilling tool to roll it)
Rolled Posey
Stack the scrunched doilies together and insert the rolled posie into the center (I used a clear drying liquid glue to hold the stack it together) Shape the stacked doily flower using your fingers until you are pleased with the result
Adhere the die cut border onto the covered box lid, then the doily flower, then the sentiment to complete your upcycled gift box!
