Hi Everyone, Kristina here today with another holiday card set! If you're like me you in last minute cruch mode. Holiday parties will be starting in the next week or so and its time to get these bad boys in the mail, so when I sit down to make a card I gotta just make a bunch!
This pattern was simple to recreate, here's what I did.
This pattern was simple to recreate, here's what I did.
First I started by cutting out a2 sized card panels, 2 from each color I wanted to use.
One for matte and one to be glittered.
One for matte and one to be glittered.
To glitter then, I covered each panel with a double sided adhesive sheet to make the whole thing sticky, before die cutting. I ran it through my die cutting machine, release paper side up, with the Elizabeth Craft Circles Cover die.
I removed the release paper and glittered the adhesive side of the die cut with some microfine glitter.
After cleaning off the excess I use my finger as a brayer to really give it sparkle.
I used liquid adhesive to adhere the glittered die cuts onto their coordinating cardstock. You could also just use the double sided adhesive sheets on both sides before die cutting.
From here you have some gorgeous panels with lots of potential.
I kept it simple but added a sentiment strip and a little stamped image
I added enamel dots made from Nuvo drops to add a little interest
Thanks for Stopping By!
