Away in the Manager

Not many days left to Christmas so I hope you are almost ready.  Colleen from Scrappin Granny here today sharing a Christmas card.

I started this card by making my flowers.  I received a package and in it was this beautiful red tissue paper which just was calling to be made into flowers.  I used  large poinsettia die by Impression Obsession to cut out all the red flowers.   I used Buttercup Liquid Pearls for the centers of the flowers.

I picked our my cardstock to use.

Next I cut out the nativity from white cardstock by using Sweet Nativity die by Cheapo Dies.

I then used African Circle by Amy Design to cut out the two circles.  I mounted the  Sweet Nativity in between the two circles with silver cardstock behind the nativity die.  Since I wanted it to pop up I added some of my leftovers from my pop ups.  I never throw stuff away that I can reuse in a different way and even though the pop dots were gone you still can use the left over to make things pop up.

For the finishing touches I added the flowers popped up as well a vine using Holly Branch by Cheapo dies.

This card was actually very quick to make and I love how elegant it looks.
