How-to
 First die-cut the cuts shown

Next, create white card base and adhere panels beginning with Red Cardstocktrimmed down to fit card size, then the layered panel cuts as shown.

At this point, add ribbons across adhered panels and adhere to the card base.

Now stamp a Patriotic sentiment of choice and die-cut with the Spellbinders Wonky Rectangles.

Line up all cuts as shown and adhere each shape layered together to give depth and dimension.

After all cut shapes are adhere, add to card base then adhere the layered soldier last.  Finally, add some of the extra star cutss scattered around the card.  (these stars were left over parts from the silver mirrored Frantic Stamper Star Card Panel).

At this point, add a big bow topped off with a star embellishment to finish tcard.  Any extra cuts can be added to the inside of the cad too.
That's it!  Hope you will give it a try! :)
