Good Morning, Donna Phelan back again.
Today I am sharing an all occasion card with you.
It could also be for Spring or Birthday too.
The dies and layering let you change it all up to whatever your need may be.
I find mixing and matching Designer Papers that you wouldn't normally 'see' as going together often gives your card that little unexpected look.
When it works, it really works!
I used Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Circles and
Spellbinders Standard Circles to create my circle loops for my design.
Next I die cut a Tutti Designs Cross Stitched Nesting Rectangles panel
and stamped my floral image in Raven Black ink. I
mages colored with Copic Markers.
Grabbing some Designer Papers with Polka Dots and Stripes I began layering my stamped panel. I looped the cut out Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Circles around the Polka Dot layer and adhered all together. Adding the Striped DP beneath and also a piece of Black card stock to ground it all. Heat embossed my sentiment in Black Powder on a Vellum strip topped with Corner Tabs. I think framing this in like this, gives it a post card feel. I then placed the entire layered panel on my White card base in a wonky fashion.
This also gives a different look just as the mixed matched Papers do.
Break the rules, people! lol
Sakura Glitter Pen.
Wink Of Stella Glitter Pen.
Here's what I used:
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy~~

ReplyDeleteYou went wild and it really worked! The different design and combo of colors are spectacular. The polka dot and stripes along with the corner tabs or so creative alone. But then you added the circles in a way that I have never seen before. Surprisingly grand!
