Hello, Judy here, and welcome to another Dies R Us inspirational blog post. Today I have a fun inlay project for you using the Tutti Designs Tulip Bunch Die.
Here is my card:
And here's how I made it:
First I die cut the image with black card stock. I love the delicate look of this die.
Next I cut just the flowers again, this time in red, and I saved the "innies".
I adhered the black die cut onto a panel of white card stock and then inlaid the red "innies". This is so much fun, It's like fitting together a puzzle. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Then I cut four corners from the Amy Designs Tulip Frame. These I used as an embellishment along the edge of the white panel. I love the lacy effect.
And this is what it looks like put all together with a little ribbon,

ReplyDeleteA lot of work but how magnificent! The red POPS right off the screen! I have always loved the inlaid technique! I also love the white dots and that polka dot ribbon! This is sooooo pretty! (I guess we are all in agreement!) :)
