Happy Birthday

Hi everyone!! Dawn here with you today and I have a quick and easy Happy Birthday card to share with you.

Here are the dies that I used:

Here are the die cuts:

Here are the layers that I used.  I used a card base of 6x6.  I then cut a 5 3/4" square out of purple glitter cardstock.  For the next layer, I cut a 5 1/2" square out of black cardstock. For the next layer I cut a 5 1/4" square out of purple glitter cardstock.

I then layered the layers on top of my card base using craft foam tape.  I wanted the layers to be raised.

Then I attached my square die cut:

Finally I attached my sentiment:

Thinking of You and a Good-Bye

Hello Dies R Us Friends!

DT Coordinator Darlene with you today to share a fun card and to let you know that we have sadly had to say Good-Bye to team mate Carolyn LaBille.  We will certainly miss all her amazing inspiration and wish her nothing but the best in the future.  I will be standing in for Carolyn for the remainder of her term.

I, like you, am very inspired by this design team.  In fact, my creation today was inspired by team mate Doni's card HERE but then of course, I had to take it a few steps further to make it my own.

The dies I've used on today's card are as follows:

Impression Obsession - Dies - Clouds

Impression Obsession - Dies - Cat Set
Memory Box - Dies - Cottage Garden Gate

Elizabeth Craft Designs - Dies - Thinking Of You

After putting my card scene together, I had a few extra pieces left over so decided to decorate the inside of my card and I've left room for a message.

Believe

Hi Dies R Us Fans!  Lori here today and I have a fun Fairy card to share with you today!

For this A2 card I started with White card stock for the base of the card.  I took a piece of watercolor paper, spritzed it with water and then sprinkled Peony, Prussian Blue and Wisteria Color Bursts onto the paper and let it dry.  I then took the Lavinia Stamp Daydreaming Silhouette and some black ink and stamped that onto the watercolor paper, inked the edges with Faded Jeans distress ink and added it to the card. I took a spare piece of Neenah Solar White paper and stamped the Lavinia stamp with black ink onto the paper.  I colored in the mushroom with Copic markers and then fussy cut it out and added it on top of the stamped image.  I took the Lawn Fawn Grassy Hillside die and some green paper and cut out the grass and added it to the card.  I took the Impression Obsess Grass small die and some more green paper and cut out the grass and added it to the card.. I  took the ScrapMan Mushroom dies and some Neenah Desert Storm paper and cut out the mushrooms, I used Copic markers to color the mushrooms and added them on top of the grass. I took the Frantic Stamper Mushroom dies and more Desert Storm paper and cut out the mushrooms and colored them with Copic markers and added them to the card.  I took The Serendipity Believe die and some white sparkle paper and cut out Believe and added that to the top of the card.  I took some Star sequins and added them to the card with tiny glue dots.

Stitched Silver Stars

Tracy here with you today and I am mixing a couple of different stitched dies on my card. Stitched dies are very popular right now and I love how they add a bit of dimension to cards.

Here's all the dies I used along with the actual die cuts

I started with a white card base and added a black panel to help everything pop. I took another piece of white cardstock and covered it with some faded jeans Distress Oxide and stamped silver stars all over it. Then I just started layering on all the die cuts and it was done. A very simple card but the stitched dies just seem to add so much to it.

Supply list

Lawn Fawn - Reverse Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Windows Dies

Tutti Designs - Dies - Nesting Stitched Stars
Sizzix - Sizzlits - Tim Holtz - Celebration Words: Script
Distress Oxide Ink Pad - Faded Jeans

Best Glue Ever

Tacos

Hi! Doni here today with a Birthday card for all the "FOODIES" out there!
This card was easy and fun to make, especially if you love to color!

Start with random stamping. Easy to do because there is no wrong way.
I used Copic Markers.  YR21, YR24, and E55 make a yummy looking Taco shell!
On the inside of the taco have some green for the lettuce, red for tomato and yellow for cheese.
The party hats can be any color...I think next time I do this, I'll make each hat a different color combo.
This is what I used to make this card:
