Haunted House Treat Box

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a project that I created using some fabulous dies and stamps that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

Today is my last post as a design team member for the Dies R Us Inspiration Blog. It has been fun and a big Thank You for allowing me to be a part of the team!

I decided to make a adorable little Halloween treat tote for my last project.
It cut out all the pieces that I thought I might use from the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box die and the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House Add On Die.

After all the pieces were cut out, it was simply a matter of putting the box together and adding all the fun little pieces to decorate the box and turn it into a haunted house.

Here is my finished result:

This is the front of the box. I cut the ghost out of vellum to give it a more "ghostly" feel. You can see the little ghost much better in person. I tucked it in a little bit behind the door, almost like he is welcoming you inside. I added a sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Costume Party Stamp Set and popped that up with foam tape onto the roof. I added a fun little bow to the top.

This a a look at the back and one of the sides. For the web and spider, I used the Lawn Fawn Cute Cobweb Die set. I added a bit of sparkle to the spider, bats and windows.

Here is a look at the other side. I think this turned out so incredibly cute!! It is waiting to be filled with some yummy treats!!

Candy Corn Halloween Card

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a project that I created using some fabulous dies and stamps that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I'm really looking forward to Halloween so I felt the need to make a Halloween themed card. It's my favorite holiday to craft for. What's yours? I also really love all the candy involved with Halloween if I'm being honest haha! It's a definite bonus!! We typically buy candy pretty early here and then are so tired of it by the time the big day arrives that one lucky trick or treater normally ends up with whatever is left in our bowl at the end of the night.

When I saw these cute Candy Corn Add On's for the How You Bean set from Lawn Fawn, I knew they needed a special place in my house. Here is the card that I created to share with you today:

This was so super simple to put together and really quite easy which would make it pretty great if you had to mass produce them. I created my A2 card base with some black cardstock and added some fun orange polka dot paper on top. I used the Stitched Journaling Card die from Lawn Fawn and cut out a piece from white and black cardstock, cut off a strip of the black and adhered it to the white to give the illusion of a shelf/counter. I stamped out that fun little mason jar from the How You Bean? stamp set and added the candy corns from the How You Bean Candy Corn Add On to the center. I wrapped some baker's twine around my jar and added it to my card front. I used the Scalloped Treat Box Haunted House Add On to cut out a couple of bats to add to my card. I heat embossed my greeting in white onto some black cardstock, notched the end and popped it up with some foam tape. I added an enamel dot to finish it off. I love how it turned out!! Candy corn with no guilt or calories?? Win!

Here is a look at the products (with links) that I used on my card:

Jump For Joy!

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a project that I created using some fabulous dies and stamps that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I'm really looking forward to Fall so I felt the need to make a Fall themed card.
Haha!

I created my card base from some Kraft cardstock and layered some fun patterned paper on top. I then started building my scene onto a piece of white cardstock. I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders for my grassy hill and some distress inks to make the sky a light blue. I stamped out that sweet little fox and all those leaves from Lawn Fawn's Jump For Joy Stamp Set, colored them with my Copic markers and then used the Jump For Joy Dies to cut my images out. I think it turned out so super cute!!

Thanks A Bushel

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a project that I created using some fabulous dies and stamps that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I thought it would be fun to create a little Fall themed thank you gift box. I know it is still Summer, but I'm ready for Fall lol!

I started out by stamping and cutting out all my pieces.

I used the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box die and cut out two pieces from some wood grain looking paper  to make my box. I also used the Lawn Fawn Thanks A Bushel stamp set to stamp my images and then used the Lawn Fawn Thanks A Bushel Dies to cut them out. I assembled my box and colored my images and this is what the final product looks like:

I added my greeting using the Thanks A Bushel stamp set and tied it to my box with some baker's twine. I think it turned out so cute!

Snail Mail For You!

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a card that I created using some fabulous dies and stamps that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I'm making it my mission to be better about sending more happy mail starting in August. In order to do that, I need to build up my stock a little. lol!

I started by pulling out some dies that I thought would be perfect for the card I had in mind. They were the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders and Lawn Fawn Happy Mail dies. I die cut all my pieces and started assembling.

Here is a look at the completed card:

The mailbox was so super easy to put together! I decided to put a greeting along the edge of one of the hillside borders and heat emboss it in white. The greeting and the cute little snail came from the Lawn Fawn Gleeful Gardens stamp set. Once my card was finished, it still didn't look finished to me so I decided to add some fun Lawn Fawn Puffy Cloud Borders to the top of my card to complete my little scene that I created. Adorable!

Here is a quick peek (with links) at the products that I used on my card that can be found in the Dies R Us Store.

Love Ya Shaker Card

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a card that I created using a fabulous die that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I decided to go with a shaker card for this card and the Neat & Tangled Heart of Gold die was just what I was looking for.

This was really simple to do. I simply used the die to cut out the heart shape from the center of my main cardstock panel.  I placed some acetate on the back of my card and surrounded the back with foam tape to hold all my shaker bits in. I placed a scrap piece of white cardstock onto the back to lock in the shaker pieces and to make it easier to place it onto my black card base. I used the Neat & Tangled Heart of Gold die once again and cut out a piece from some black cardstock to place on top of the window. I wanted the front of my shaker piece to have that fun geometric look to it. For my greeting, I used some white embossing powder and heat embossed this fun saying from the Lawn Fawn Big Scripty Words stamp set. I added some doodles around the edge of the card front and attached some sequins for a bit more interest.

Embroidered Hello

Hi crafty friends!
Stacey back with you today to share a card that I created using some fabulous dies that can be found in the Dies R Us Store

I love sending happy mail but needed to stock up on some Hello cards. When I saw the Lawn Fawn Embroidered Hello die, I knew it would be perfect and make a unique card.

I ran the die through my big kick and was left with a bunch of holes. These holes are where you do your stitching. I picked out some embroidery thread (DMC Floss) that would coordinate with my card, taped the thread to the back of the panel and started stitching. It was so super easy! I also stamped some flowers from the Lawn Fawn Fab Flowers stamp set and die cut them out with the coordinating Lawn Fawn Fab Flowers Dies and arranged them around my stitched hello.

Here is a look at my finished card:

I popped up my floral panel onto a light pink A2 pink cardstock with some foam tape. I finished off my card with some doodling.
