Hello Dies R Us Friends!
DT Coordinator Darlene with you today with some sad
and some exciting news to share!
The SAD news is that after what seems like a very short year, we must say goodbye to our amazing design team. They have ALL done such an amazing job of sharing inspiration, techniques and beautiful samples using dies from the wide variety of companies carried at the Dies R Us Store. I would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to each of them for all their hard work & beautiful creations! Best of luck to them in their future endeavors!!
The EXCITING news is we have a new design team to introduce to you!
We had so many amazing applications for these positions and it was a VERY DIFFICULT decision.
A huge thank you to ALL who applied. We are looking forward to seeing the inspirational creations these ladies will be sharing each an every day over the next six months.
Please be sure to extend a welcome to the new

Since the ladies need a little time to get 'settled in', I volunteered to share a card with you today!
INSIDE |
Here are the dies I've used on today's card:
Tutti Designs - Happy Word Set #228
Tutti Designs - Birthday Word Set #229
Tutti Designs - Nesting Stitched Rectangles #217
Tutti Designs - Nesting Stitched Circles #220
Elizabeth Craft - Butterfly Silhouette #704
Elizabeth Craft - Butterfly Overlay 1 #705
I
was actually able to utilize some scraps for my card today! Always a
GOOD thing when I can do that! These bits and bobs of designer paper
were left over from earlier creations and how exciting that they came
together so well today!
Have
you ever started running your die through your machine and the die
slipped 'just a little' and missed the mark for a perfect cut? Well,
that's what happened to me and you know how we crafters are ... 'can't
throw anything away!' LOL
So, in this case, I just hid it under the butterfly wing. Sssshhh! Don't tell anyone!! LOL
See ... you wouldn't have known if I hadn't told you!!!
Remember,
each an every day of the month there's a new inspiration sample being shared by this fabulous design team. Please be sure to pop in
regularly.
I hope you've enjoyed what I've shared today! And, don't forget to come join in the fun at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog. There's a new challenge theme offered on the 1st and 15th of each month and one lucky randomly drawn winner will receive a gift voucher prize to the Dies R Us Store. For your convenience, all the important Dies R Us links are provided below.

What a beautiful mix of patterned paper on this card Darlene! You hid that boo boo perfectly. My dies do that quite often as I'm too lazy to use tape. I'm so happy to be joining you again and am looking forward to what the new design team will be bringing to the table. WooHoo!
