What a difference a flower makes!

Hello, friends!

I hope you are having a wonderful week & have already been inspired by our design team posts from earlier in the week!  I'm here to add my little bit of inspiration using 2 dies from the fabulous new Sue Wilson line.  I can truthfully say I am madly in love with every one of them.  It isn't many times you love every single die in a line!  If you haven't checked them out, you should!  Here is the card I made for today's post.  I wanted something really pretty to send when you just feel like surprising someone with a little treat in the mailbox & this should do the trick nicely!

This was such a simple card to make, despite how complicated it looks!  The dies do all the work! I began with the Sue Wilson Cordoba die & layered on the Sue Wilson Faux Quilled Leaves, topped with the beautiful Magnolia Doily Flowers.   It's hard to see the detail on these dies in this shot, so here is a closeup of the beautiful embossing they give you.

And finally, I may be the only person who does this, but somehow I'm guessing you ALL do it too.....whenever I get a new die in the mail, I immediately cut it out to see how it looks & do a "trial" run on a plain card, which is what I did below when these came.

It looks like a totally different card, doesn't it!  Adding the flower just changed the entire card which is what I love about dies!  By layering different dies you can create totally different versions of the same card!

I hope I have inspired you to take a look at all the new dies in the store!  And we are also adding stamps from time to time as well, so keep an eye out for those too!  As always, we have the cheapest shipping around & any domestic orders over $35 are free shipping!!  The same for international orders over $50!

Check out both blogs & I will see you back here next week!

Happy crafting!!!!
