Thanks

Hey there!
It's Judy here with my last post as a DT member for

I have certainly enjoyed my time here
with the other DT members and wanted to say
thanks for allowing me to be part of this amazing team.

I decided I wanted to create an inked background for mainly white die cuts.

The die cuts I've used

Impression Obsession - Dies - Greetings Set

I cut each of the die cuts 3 times for a little stability and dimension.

I made a 5 x 6 1/2 inch white card base and layered
 5 x 6 1/2 inch dark purple card stock
4 7/8 x 6 3/8 inch white card stock
3 7/8 x 5 5/8 inch piece of dark purple card stock
cut the inked panel to 3 3/4 x 5 1/2 inches

All left to do is add the die cuts and anything else you would like for embellishment.
I added 3 enamel dots.

I hope I've provided some inspiration for you to
play and create with your dies and we'd love for you

I cut my inked panel down to layer on to the card base.
I strip of blue card stock was cut for the bottom of the card.
I also cut a narrow strip of black card stock
I die cut the sentiment using

I adhered all the elements from above and
some enamel dots to complete the card design.

Hexagon Design Card

Hey there!
It's Judy here with a card design using hexagon dies from

I used white and burgundy card stocks and 2 coordinating patterned papers.

Using

(not available but there are other alternatives, click the link)

I die cut 4 hexagons out of patterned paper
2 flowers and 1 flower center to layer
2 foliage pieces
1 word die

I did decide to cut a few more hexagon pieces and
layered behind the patterned pieces to give a little dimension.

I made a 5 x 6 1/2 inch card base with white card stock.
Cut a piece of burgundy card stock to 4 3/4 x 6 1/4 inches
Die cut 3 hexagons into the burgundy card stock using the negative.
Layer the burgundy on to the card base.

I adhered the patterned hexagons on to the card
and added the other die cuts.
I added some pearls to finish.

Baby Card

Hey there!
It's Judy here with a cute baby card project
created with dies from

I like trying to come up with new ways to use my dies.
Looking through my collection, I pulled out this die and
thought that these cute animals could work well peaking out
of rectangular boxes on a card.

Baby Growth Chart is the die I used but
is no longer available

An alternative to this die is

I used this die set to cut the boxes/frames

And I needed a sentiment

I pulled out white card stock, cut to 9 x 8 inches and
folded in half along the 9 inch side to
form a 9 x 4 inch slimline card base.
I chose a patterned card stock and a solid to coordinate.

I covered the card base with the solid and printed card stocks.
I added ribbon over the border on the printed paper.
I did my die cutting, cutting 3 of the growth chart, 3 rectangle frames created
by taping 2 dies together and 1 baby sentiment

Next I took the 3 growth charts and cut apart to fit the frames

I added the cut die cuts to the frames and backed with
a little color solid card stock

I adhered the completed frames to the card front and added
the sentiment, a bow and pearls to complete my design.

Love

Hey there!
It's Judy here with an inspiration card created with dies from

Valentine's Day is less than a month away so
this card is suitable for that or any other occasion.

I did go with pretty traditional colors for Valentines, red, white and pink card stocks

I die cut rectangles, squares, hearts and a love sentiment.

My 5 x 6.5 inch card base was made with red card stock.
I cut white card stock to 4.75 x 6.25 inches and adhered to the base.
Next came the 2 die cut rectangles, layered and added.

The pink and white squares were layered and added

I finished by adding the sentiment across the center of the squares,
a strip of red card stock along the bottom of the rectangles,
added 3 of the die cut hearts and design is complete.

The dies used:
