Recyle first

Colleen from Scrappin Granny sharing with you super easy cards to make.  I had the cutest calendar with all these great photos on them and I knew that I wanted to use them as cards so I decided to enhance them a little but using dies from Dies R Us.

For this first card I used the Cinderella's Pumpkins by Cheery Lynn dies and cut out the pumpkins and them backed the pumpkins with an orange cardstock.

I then used the Greetings die by Karen Burniston to cut out the title.

This second card I used Vine die by Tutti Designs to cut out the vine with green cardstock.  What I love about this die is that I can cut out the leaves and use them as needed.

I used the Daisies die by Cheapo Dies and cut out the flowers and stacked them together and adhered them on top of the vine.

I used the Best Glue Ever to adhere everything down.

Happy Birthday USA

Happy 4th of July.  Colleen from Scrappin Granny here to share a red, white and blue birthday card with you.

I started by picking some cardstock from my scraps and then layered them.

I then used some of the red and royal blue cardstock to put on top.

I then cut out 3 mason jars using the smallest of the three dies from the Mason Jar die set by EK Success.

I wanted to enhance the jars so I used the Uno-Ball Pen Signo Gel so on the red and blue jars I used the pen and drew on stars and zig zag lines.  To finish off the red jar I added some twine around the top.  I used one of the pieces from the Striped Swirl Edge by Creative Expressions to add some character to the white jar.

I used the Daisies die from Cheapo Dies to cut out some red and blue daisies.

Lastly I added the sentiment and my red, white and blue card is complete.

Have a safe and fun July 4th.
