Shine On

Vicki here today- can you believe we are the end of March already?
I'd like to take a quick minute to thank Bonnie and Anne for their fearless leadership of the Dies R Us design team. Their encouragement and endless support have meant so much, but it's time for me to say "See ya later.". I have had a great time and am in awe of the amazing work from my teammates.

My card this week is dedicated to all of them and all of you! Shine On!!

I used the Tutti Designs Falling Hearts Stained Glass die and it's gorgeous! I always love seeing the stain glass windows in church and this did not let me down.

My original plan for this card was to die cut a pre-inked background and put it together like a puzzle, but to be honest- I just didn't have the patience and after staring at it for 30 minutes I finally got a brain and decide to just use the frame and glue it down over my background. Such a duh moment, but I got there. I then glued in down on a gold card mat I had and it really pulls the gold out in the alcohol ink background, but it was tough to keep fingerprints off of it and the photo really shows minute scratches that the naked eye can't, but I'm still happy with it.
