The base is made with the Tattered Lace - Art Deco Stepper Card Die... ... upside down!
The silver paper with these changing reflections is a "rainbow" paper whose reflections change depending on the exposure to light, as you can see in all the pictures below .
The central motifs are fixed with foam to give a depth effect, and the cuts of the dancers and notes are doubled to give a halo effect of light.
I used a few cut out of the cuts made with the Poppystamps Dies Stick Frames to make the glittering dance floor .
